Five generations of the Brotte family have passionately crafted wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and the Rhône Valley. Since 1880, five generations of the Brotte family have been making wines with passion and authenticity. They produce a wide range of delicious wines – reds, whites and rosés – for a variety of different drinking occasions and has a presence in more than 100 countries globally. The Brotte family owns estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Cairanne and Village Laudun. The family’s historical roots and unique know-how enables them to select the best terroirs from the various estates. The family brings to life the authentic soul of their beloved wines and we can hear the southern French accent in each and every “cuvée”! The estates are certified by Terra Vitis, “Haute Valeur Environnementale” and soon to be Organic. Their winegrowing practices respect biodiversity and water resources, and all their fertilisers are natural. The magical approach of the Brotte Family to their beloved terroirs is applied with the same dedication; Authenticity and elegance make their wines shine!

Founded in 1933 by Louis Gambert de Loche, Cave de Tain benefits from the expertise of nearly 300 winegrowers spread over about 1,000 hectares of vines. Since its creation, the successive generations of winegrowers have made the company grow, which is a pioneering and leading winery in its region, the northern Rhone Valley. On the left bank of the Rhône, between Lyon and Valence, the Hermitage hill dominates the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. On the right bank, the vineyards from Saint-Joseph, Cornas and Saint-Péray spread out in terraces from north to south. Nature has provided us with unique noble grape varieties that have proved to be the best adapted to our exigent terroirs: SYRAH, the only grape variety used for the production of our red wines, and MARSANNE, mainly for our white wines.

Château Toulouze is located in the Graves de Vayres appellation, in the Bordeaux region, on the left bank of the Dordogne River. The blend of our wines is essentially made from the Merlot grape, giving its best on our gravels and sands terroirs. The appellation is small but famous. Indeed, historically, it is the second oldest appellation after Bordeaux. The First edition of the Féret (1832), the bible for Bordeaux wines, does mention it as the second wine of the Pomerol appellation. Once part of the huge Chateau de Vayres - which was split over the years - Chateau Toulouze became an estate of its own. The chateau is equally mentioned in the first Féret edition, highlighting the quality of the wines produced here. The estate has been sleeping for some time. But it is under rebirth now. Taken over 3 years ago, the new owner has invested a lot. In the vineyard: expanding from 30 to 40 hectares. In the cellar: the cellar and the Vat room have been completely renovated. The cultural management of the vineyard has changed: a new oenologist, a turn to organic production, agro pastoralism. The labels have been redesigned, etc… we are also implementing an ambitious project of wine tourism.
