Villa Moncigale's Cicada La Légende Rosé is a 2023 Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence vintage that captures the essence of its terroir around the Sainte-Victoire mountain. Grown at 200 metres, the grapes thrive in clay-limestone soil, benefiting from cool climates and nightly temperature shifts between 10°C and 15°C, which preserve the grapes' optimal sugar and acidity levels. This rosé, characterised by its freshness, aromatic intensity, and finesse, is presented in a faceted bottle that evokes the cicada, symbolising the region's natural and historical richness.
