Maison M. Chapoutier's Rouge Clair is crafted from 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah, sourced from clay-limestone terraces. The vinification process includes cooling the grapes for 72 hours post-harvest to limit colour extraction and enhance aroma preservation. Aged in stainless steel vats for three months, this wine maintains a fresh character with notes of raspberry and subtle floral hints. Its balanced tannins and fresh palate make it suitable for light and spicy dishes. Rouge Clair uses sustainable packaging, featuring a 'bandule' made from renewable materials instead of a capsule and a stopper made from sustainable sugar cane instead of a wooden cork.
