Colli del Soligo Winery, founded in 1957, is one of the most important and historic producers in the Prosecco DOCG area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, thanks to over 1200 hectares of vineyards and 19,000 tons of grapes harvested each year.
The entire production process (from grape cultivation to bottling) takes place directly within our winery, allowing us to guarantee high-quality wines that receive numerous national and international awards every year.
Colli del Soligo is a cooperative that brings together 600 winegrowers committed to preserving and promoting the rich winemaking tradition of the province; this ensures not only the quality of the wines but also their territorial authenticity.
The constant commitment to a sustainable model leads to the adoption of ecological practices and the use of renewable energies, achieving numerous certifications.
Offering a wide range of wines from Glera DOC and DOCG varieties, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, and Raboso, the winery combines traditional and modern techniques to ensure a unique tasting experience, highly appreciated in specialized trade and catering.

For decades, Elena Walch has occupied an exalted position among Alto Adige
winegrowers, if not the Italian wine world at large, as a pioneer of modern viticulture. This ‘Grande Dame’ positioned her estate at the forefront of a quality revolution by recognizing the opportunity to transmit Alto Adige’s distinctive terroir through site-specific bottlings from sustainably farmed vineyards and the gentlest of handling in the cellar. Single vineyard „Vigna“ releases from precisely demarcated historical or topographic plots as well as renowned cuvées such as “Beyond the Clouds” continue to serve the reputation.
Today, Elena’s daughters Julia and Karoline - educated in France and Australia, respectively - honor their mother’s legacy of progress by applying next-generationthinking in pursuit of even greater results.
Le Contesse takes the name from the Countesses Tiepolo of Venice that were the owner in XIX century, now is managed since 3 Generations by Bonotto Family: Loris the main enology with Luigina the account manager, the sons Davide the production manager with his wife Francesca takes care of the bottling line and the sales, while Fabio with his wife Valentina takes care of the vineyards.
Our team is about 30 people, some very historical that help us to grow every day.
We have in total 250 hectares dislocated in Veneto and Friuli region, we have more than 10 different variety of grapes, from Glera, all the family of pinot and some other that we need to offer different type of sparkling wine. We are one hour from the seaside and one hour from the Dolomites, this permit to have a perfect climate and soil for our vineyards.
We have two wineries, one in the flat area, terroir full of stones, where we produce more DOC prosecco and pinot grigio, perfect for the minerality that you can taste in the wine, here we collect the grapes, we do the vinification, and we bottle the wine with 2 different bottling line, one for each size of the bottle (0,200lt and 0,750lt)
One winery is on the top of the hill of Conegliano Veneto, where we have the wine shop, the accommodation and also collect and do the vinification of the DOCG prosecco superior, here the terroir is full of claim and calk, here the sun touches each grapes and gives a lot of fruity and aromatic notes to the grapes.
We are specializing in sparkling wine in Charmat method, long natural fermentation to give small and elegant bubbles is our quality standard. Out of respect for our tradition and love for our territory, we seek for research and technological innovations, in order to develop always positively. Tradition for us means that we keep the fruit vine in its organoleptic characteristics. The fruit should keep its pure aroma and the true taste; this is important to us. We realize that we need technology this is because then we can create the best product with the best characteristics. This technique makes it possible to not add chemical sulphites but only carefully selected yeast of the last 3 generations, so we can offer a natural product which is perfect in its complexity.
Our story stems from a dream: that of Alex Maccan, who since he was a child has travelled through these places and captured its simplicity and beauty. With time and the determination of those who know how to do business, the dream took shape, thanks to the partnership with his lifelong companions, Marta, Giovanni and Massimo.

Terre Cevico is a wine cooperative founded in Emilia Romagna in 1963 by a group of Romagna vinegrowers who were already organized into cooperatives, with the goal of implementing a shared strategy for grape and wine production.
Today, its 1,072 member vinegrowers cultivate approximately 3,600 hectares. Through the contribution of grapes by members, as well as vinification, bottling, and marketing, Terre Cevico now generates a turnover of €217 million.

Since 1939, the winery has had its factories in Castellana Grotte, a town famous all over the world for the karstic complex of the Castellana Caves, a real underground world among the most surprising in all Italy. The products of the Terrecarsiche1939 winery are made exclusively by autochthonous grapes grown in its own vineyards, with the aim of enhancing its territory by integrating traditional methods and technological innovation.
