Our company, NATH JOHNSTON & FILS, is one of the major Negociant in BORDEAUX for Classified Growths.

We are a family business created the company in 1734. The company is owned and ran by our family since ever and today, the 9th and 10th generation working together.

We have excellent contact with many properties and good allocations in most of the Bordeaux Classified.

We are roughly in the top 10 wine merchants from Bordeaux if you only take into account the Classified Growth.

We have our own warehouses (more than 10 000 m²) in downtown Bordeaux, Chartrons district.

We have our own cellar team (ensuring reactivity)

We carry around 1,5 million bottles in stock for around 60-million-euro value, all paid, mainly classified growth and mature vintage, but also some smaller wines and exclusivities.

En Primeur sale is a big part of our activity since long and that we keep developing year after year.

We are also one of the wine merchant dealing with Opus One, Sena, Almaviva as well as Ch Latour annual offers.

We buy wines directly from Châteaux and from time to time, on recent vintage only, from Bordeaux Place; that way, we can ensure you a perfect provenance.

We aim to consolidate and maintain partnership relationships. Wishing to perpetuate the traditional world of Bordeaux great wines and be its ambassador, we strive to provide quality service throughout the world.
