Pre-schedule your appointments online
6 to 8 weeks before the event, send requests for appointments with buyers registered to fill your diary ahead of the event. The number of requests is limited to 20 per week per company (as is sending messages), in order to avoid overloading buyers’ inboxes and discouraging them from taking part in the networking process.

Submit your press release
Submit your press release or pack online and use the press office to convey information during the exhibition.

DURING THE EVENT

FOLLOW YOUR PRE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Follow your pre-scheduled appointments on the Vinexposium mobile application, Vinexpo Asia section. Our hosts and hostesses will be on hand at the event to help you and contact buyers again if necessary: they will be visiting the stands and will be available at the Business Matching Service point, level B2.

SCAN THE BADGES OF BUYERS
Scan the badges of buyers who come to your stand (option available in your online store). The data will be available in your corporate profile and can be exported as an Excel file.s and innovation
