Located in the north of Alsace, the family winery Neumeyer produces some wines with personality and reflecting their terroirs. Aware of the multifactorial character of authentic wine, each element is taken into account and optimized as much as possible. In order to ensure the highest quality possible, we take particular care of production factors: organic culture, light soil tillage according to the parcels, grapes harvested by hand, natural native yeasts, low yields, tanks temperature control, aging on total lees, lenticular filtering and low use of inputs (only sulfites). We constantly focus on the end in itself, which is to produce quality wines and highlight the potential of the Alsace terroirs.
